We recently moved to Jacksonville from Orlando and didn’t know anyone! Our carpets were in quite a state and we couldn’t afford to have them all replaced but luckily one of our new neighbors recommended Jim at Able Carpet Repair. We emailed him late at night and he called back first thing the next morning and came out the same day. He inspected, stretched, reattached and repaired our 4-5 yr old carpet with virtually invisible patch work. There were a couple of places where it looked like a cat or dog had ripped it up and we had extra carpet but that was it. Jim had new carpet padding in his truck and was therefore able to complete the job in time for the holidays. We will be forever grateful for Jim’s pleasant attitude and fine workmanship.
